Parent-student-teacher conferences are a great opportunity to meet in-person with your child’s teachers and discuss their progress. This year, conferences will be held on two fall dates: Wednesday, October 30th, from 12:50 p.m. to 2:20 p.m., and Thursday, November 14th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We strongly encourage students to attend the conferences, when possible.
Please follow the instructions below to schedule an appointment with your student’s teachers. Each conference will last 10 minutes. To ensure you have enough time to travel between appointments, the system will not allow you to book appointments back-to-back. If you are unable to schedule an appointment, please email the teacher directly to arrange a phone conference. The earlier you register, the better your chances of securing a preferred conference time. Since two dates are offered, please do not book the same teacher for more than one conference.
The portal will open for parents at 9:00 a.m. on October 3rd, 2024. All conferences must be scheduled before the deadline at 9:00 a.m. on October 29th.

School Appointments – Parent Instructions
- Go to our school appointments web site for your school.

- Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
- Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click the "Insert New" button to add more children.
Click the "date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the "View Calendars" button. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
